Mall Management Office
The Mall Management office is located on the second floor next to Corcoran Group Real Estate, across from Cobb Theatres, in Suite 2203. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Our management team is here to answer any questions you may have or assist you in any way we can.

State-of-the-Art Sound System
Speakers are located throughout the Center featuring light jazz for your listening pleasure.

Valet Parking
There are three Valet Parking areas located at the South, West and East entrances of the Center. Valet Parking is $5, and $7 on Friday and Saturday evenings after 5 pm.

Free Parking
Free Parking can be found on the outer perimeter of the Center, and in the three-level parking garage behind The Cheesecake Factory on the East side. (Theatre parking is easily accessible from the third floor of the parking garage – take the pedestrian walkway that leads right to Cobb Theatres.)

Live Music
Complimentary live music is offered in Center Court from 6-9 pm on Thursdays and on Fridays throughout the year.

Landscaping
Immerse yourself in the lush, tropical surroundings where you will find a variety of beautiful plants, from orchids to bougainvillea. Enjoy a series of ponds with tropical plants and wood bridges, located in the Via Walkway, or take a stroll around Lake Victoria Park. Click here to learn more about the landscaping at Downtown.

Sculpture Gardens
Downtown at the Gardens is pleased to feature exceptional artworks located throughout the Center. These works are on loan from renowned artists and galleries, and are designed to spark conversation and augment your overall experience here. Security
Downtown at the Gardens is patrolled by a highly qualified Security Staff 24 hours a day. For our guests’ safety, there are security cameras located throughout the Center, Security vehicles patrolling the parking lots and garages, and officers on-foot throughout the Center.

Free Wi-Fi
Downtown offers free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Center. Just connect your laptop to the Downtown at the Gardens network and start browsing!

Handicap Access
Downtown offers Handicap Parking, special ramp access and a handicap accessible glass elevator to make your trip here as comfortable as possible.

Center Court Garden Area
Bring your lunch from one of our restaurants to Center Court and enjoy people-watching and the gorgeous Florida sunshine. We offer fine teakwood tables and chairs, with shade provided by large canvas umbrellas, all surrounded by three relaxing fountains. Furniture provided by Smith & Hawken.
